Choose to reuse

I've had a lovely day, clearing so-called unwanted stuff from our old -and now defunct Village Hall- We now have a wonderful all-singing all-dancing new venue, http://www.bishopwiltonhall.co.uk/ I have already found new homes for the old wooden trellis tables, St Johns Ambulance Cadets want them to use as stalls to sell books etc from. Result! Just need to get rid of about 70 cups, saucers and tea plates and a load of chairs. As a village we have been very fortunate with the fundraising team, so many people have been extremely generous and the steering committee have worked wonders in getting major grants from all manner of places.

I spent the rest of the day in real quality time with my family. Roast pork -reared locally- for tea, and the company of our Daughter, Son-in-law and two grandchildren.

Have placed adds on Freecycle for the bits I need pass on.

Now I feel it's peeps time.
